Who we are

AI ScienTechs (“we”, “us”) operates an Engineering Partner service that connects U.S. client companies with evaluated Latin American engineering professionals. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information collected through our public website and related discovery communications.

Scope

This policy covers the public marketing website (including the discovery call form), email notifications generated by that form, and dormant first-party conversion instrumentation on the public site. Authenticated product areas (client portals, talent portals, operator tools) may process additional account, candidate, commercial, and operational data under separate agreements and role-based access controls.

Information we collect on the public website

• Discovery inquiry fields: name, work email, company, role focus, and an optional note when you submit the discovery form.
• Technical metadata: approximate time of submission and a one-way hash of the requesting IP address included in the internal notification email for abuse resistance. We do not store inquiry rows in the application database as part of this public-website flow.
• Server logs: standard web server and application logs may record IP address, user agent, and request paths for security and reliability.

How we use discovery inquiries

Purpose: to respond to your request for a 20-minute engineering discovery call, qualify mutual fit, and continue a professional commercial conversation if appropriate.

Delivery: validated form submissions are emailed to our team using our authorized outbound mail infrastructure. Your work email is set as the reply-to address so we can respond directly.

Retention: inquiry content is retained in our business email mailbox (and any mailbox backups or provider logs) only as long as needed for follow-up, anti-abuse, and ordinary business records — typically up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for a related commercial relationship or legal obligation. We do not operate a separate public-lead CRM table for this form in the product database.

Legal basis (where applicable): legitimate interests in responding to B2B inquiries and taking steps toward a potential commercial relationship at your request.

Analytics and conversion events

The public site may emit first-party conversion events in the browser (for example, CTA clicks and form lifecycle events) via a custom event and a local dataLayer-compatible array. These events are designed so they do not include form field values or other inquiry PII.

We do not load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, or similar third-party advertising analytics on the public site unless and until we update this policy and enable such a service with explicit operational authorization.

Sharing

We share discovery inquiry details with founders and internal operators who need them to respond. Our mail provider processes message content to deliver email. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.

International operation

We serve U.S. companies and work with professionals in Latin America. Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Where cross-border transfer rules apply, we rely on appropriate contractual and organizational safeguards.

Your choices

You may email contact@aiscientechs.com to request access, correction, or deletion of discovery-related personal information we hold, subject to applicable law and legitimate retention needs (for example, ongoing correspondence or legal holds).

Security

We use HTTPS on the website, server-side validation, rate limiting, and honeypot checks on the discovery form. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or highly sensitive personal data through the public form.

Children

The public website and discovery form are intended for business professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect operational or legal changes. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Material changes affecting how we handle discovery inquiries will be reflected on this page before or when those changes take effect.
