By accessing the public website of AI ScienTechs (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Purpose of the site

The public website provides information about our Engineering Partner offering for U.S. companies, a way to request a discovery conversation, and a For Professionals area where curated open roles may be listed and talent may create an account. It is not a commodity job marketplace: we do not publish applicant bid charts, and client company names are withheld from role listings until a professional is in the interview process for that engagement.

Sample shortlist and illustrative content

Profiles shown in the sample shortlist are demonstrative composites. They illustrate how dual-gate evaluation summaries may look. They do not represent specific live candidates, guaranteed availability, guaranteed interview outcomes, or a promise that identical profiles will be presented for any engagement.

Qualified comparison tables and process descriptions are directional orientation materials. Competitor and channel characteristics vary. Nothing on the public site is a warranty of hiring results, time-to-hire, cost savings, or performance of any professional.

Discovery requests

Submitting the discovery form requests that we contact you about a short engineering discovery call. Submission does not create a client agreement, engagement, placement, or allocation. Commercial terms, rates, and service levels — if any — are established only in separate written agreements after mutual qualification.

You agree to provide accurate business contact information and not to use the form for spam, automated scraping, or unlawful purposes. We may refuse, rate-limit, or ignore abusive submissions.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and design are owned by AI ScienTechs or its licensors. You may not copy, scrape, or republish materials for commercial use without prior written permission, except for ordinary viewing and sharing of public URLs.

Disclaimer

The public website is provided “as is” for informational purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding public-site content.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI ScienTechs is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the public website or reliance on illustrative content. Liability related to paid commercial engagements is governed exclusively by those separate agreements.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to our principal place of business operations serving U.S. clients, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless a mandatory consumer or local rule requires otherwise. Courts of competent jurisdiction in that venue may hear disputes arising from the public website, subject to any different venue chosen in a later commercial agreement.
