You learn the company only if you are invited to their interview. About the role You will make the team’s way of working visible and lighter. The client already has engineers and a product counterpart. Your job is the flow of work: a honest backlog, a sustainable sprint or kanban rhythm, and impediments removed before they become status theater. What you will do - Facilitate planning, refinement, daily coordination, review, and retrospective. Keep each meeting shorter than the work it protects. - Make blockers visible and chase them across teams until they are actually gone. - Keep the board faithful to the work in progress. Challenge hidden queues and fake done. - Help the team forecast from history, not from pressure. Surface scope changes as they happen. - Coach engineers and the product counterpart on slicing work so it can finish inside the cadence. - Report delivery health in plain language: what finished, what slipped, and why. - Protect focus. Push back on process that does not change a decision or a release. What we look for - Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master or delivery lead on a software team, not only a certification. - Evidence that a team you supported shipped more predictably, with fewer surprise overruns. - Comfort saying no to ceremony that the team does not use. - Skill with a common tracker and with written updates for stakeholders in another country. - Professional English for facilitation and written reports. - A résumé that names the teams, the cadence, and the outcomes, not only the framework vocabulary.
