Role summary
Own the problem, the outcome, and the roadmap for a U.S. product. You frame what is worth building and how we will know it worked. The client name stays private until interview.
What you will build
Who we are AI ScienTechs is an engineering partner. We introduce vetted Latin American engineers to U.S. companies. This page describes the work. It does not name the client. You learn the company only if you are invited to their interview. About the role You will sit with the business and the engineering team and decide what matters next. This is not a ticket-writing seat. You are accountable for the outcome: who the user is, what changes for them, what we will not build, and how success is measured after release. What you will do - Discover the problem with users, data, and the people who own the business result. - Write problem statements, success metrics, and scope boundaries that engineering can execute. - Sequence the roadmap. Trade off speed, risk, and value in the open. - Partner with design and engineering through delivery. Stay available for decisions, and do not reopen them casually. - Define release criteria and read the result after launch. Adjust the next bet from evidence. - Communicate status to U.S. stakeholders in writing: decision, reason, and what you need from them. - Keep the client’s identity and commercial terms out of public materials. Those stay inside the engagement. What we look for - Years as a product manager on a software product with engineers, not only as a project coordinator. - A record of shipping something whose outcome you can describe. - Comfort with ambiguity, and the discipline to turn it into a decision. - Ability to write clearly in English for executives and for engineers. - Respect for technical constraints. You do not spec fantasy scope. - A résumé with products, users, and results, not only a list of ceremonies. How you join - The engagement is full-time and remote, from Latin America, with overlap on U.S. business hours. - The working language is professional English: meetings, writing, and review. - Pay is in USD. The amount is agreed with you after evaluation, before any client interview. It is not posted on this page. - We review technical depth and how you work with other people. This is not a marketplace where you bid for the seat. - Create your account and submit your résumé against this role. Your profile stays in our talent network for this opening and for later matches.
