Who we are AI ScienTechs is an engineering partner. We introduce vetted Latin American engineers to U.S. companies. This page describes the work. It does not name the client. You learn the company only if you are invited to their interview. About the role You will be the person the team asks when a story is unclear. You order the backlog, write acceptance that can be tested, and make the small product decisions during the sprint so work does not stall overnight across time zones. What you will do - Turn outcomes into ordered, sliced backlog items with acceptance criteria and examples. - Be available during U.S. hours for clarification. A blocked story is your problem the same day. - Accept or return work against the criteria you wrote, with specific feedback. - Keep scope honest. When a request arrives mid-sprint, show what leaves the sprint to make room. - Maintain a short horizon of ready work so the team is never inventing the next ticket in the standup. - Bring user and business context into refinement without turning it into a second planning meeting. - Track what was accepted and what still fails the original promise. What we look for - Experience as a product owner or equivalent on a delivery team that releases software. - Writing that engineers can test: conditions, edge cases, and out-of-scope notes. - Judgment about priority when everything is marked urgent. - Professional English in backlog items and in live refinement. - Comfort saying a story is not ready. - A résumé that shows a product you ordered and a team that shipped from that backlog. How you join - The engagement is full-time and remote, from Latin America, with overlap on U.S. business hours. - The working language is professional English: meetings, writing, and review. - Pay is in USD.
